Haise S. Reardon is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She began her healthcare career in varied nursing fields such as medical-surgical unit, same-day surgery, oncology, research, infectious disease, step-down ICU, and cardiac care. She received her BSN from Marywood University in Scranton, PA in 2005 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Walden University in 2021.
Throughout her nursing career, Haise has been passionate about working with the adult and the elderly in providing quality and holistic care.
She joined Scott Wagner Integrated Medicine and the team in November with a mission to help and serve patients using conservative and responsible pain management.
Haise was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, and has lived in the United States since 1996. She recently moved from Virginia Beach to Charlottesville, where she and her husband, along with their little chihuahua, enjoy exploring what C’ville life has to offer. In her free time, Haise likes to travel, listen to music, cook, and spend time with family.
